Maintenance Aide Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing Gallatin, TN | Full-Time Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Aide to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping a facility safe, clean, and well maintained. What You'll Do Assist with general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. Help with basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks. Perform routine inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Assist with preventive maintenance and upkeep of facility equipment. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Help maintain common areas, resident rooms, and facility grounds. Assist the Maintenance Director with daily projects and repairs. Help ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and comfortable for residents, staff, and visitors. What We're Looking For Previous maintenance, handyman, or general repair experience preferred. Basic knowledge of tools and general maintenance. Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment and supplies as needed. Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required. Why Join Us?
