• A basic understanding of building maintenance (examples: changing light bulbs, operating a vacuum cleaner, using a floor buffer and cleaning bathrooms). . Previous experience with routine maintenance, especially with plumbing and electrical, is a plus for this particular position.
• Ability to lift 50lbs that includes set up and tear down of tables and chairs for ongoing events in the Church
• Must possess good organizational skills

Hours:

The position is full-time based on a 35-40-hour work week. Working hours will vary according to the needs of the Church. Hours will include weekend and evening work. Hours will be flexible as long as Church needs are met.

Pay & Benefits:

Pay will based upon experience and skills. Beginning wage is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour.
