The Lead Maintenance position is part-time, 25-30 hours per week, Monday- Friday. Responsibilities will include the oversight of the maintenance department and addressing the needs of the residents and facility. Skill requirements include (but not limited to) flexible hours, patience, scheduling tasks, focus on preventative maintenance program, daily maintenance upkeep and routine work assignments such as painting and remodeling. Candidate should have at least (3) consecutive years of maintenance experience, have good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry. HVAC certification would be a huge plus. The position is part-time, but there will be occasional after-hours service calls. The management agent is very proactive in training and keeping up with industry trends and standards. The Ownership is very hands on dedicating much of their time to the well-being of residents and staff. Salary is negotiable based on skill level and professional certifications.
