Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Field Operations Support Specialist to assist with day-to-day property operations and guest support across our Smoky Mountains portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, and helping keep properties guest-ready. You will support Property Care Directors, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services by handling light operational tasks, supply deliveries, and simple in-stay guest issues. What You'll Do Supply and Laundry Support
- Deliver linens, towels, and supplies to vacation rental properties.
- Replenish in-home inventory such as paper goods, amenities, and owner supplies.
- Assist with laundry and supply distribution as needed. Guest Experience and Property Support
- Assist with special guest experience setups (birthdays, anniversaries, welcome packages).
- Support cabin inspections and quality control checks.
- Help with common guest check-in and in-stay issues that do not require full maintenance or housekeeping. Light Maintenance Tasks
- Change batteries in locks, thermostats, remotes, and smoke detectors.
- Perform basic hot tub troubleshooting (resets, water level checks, breaker checks).
- Replace air filters and complete other basic property upkeep tasks.
- Report larger maintenance issues to the maintenance team or Property Care Directors. Light Housekeeping Support
- Deliver fresh bedding and towels during guest stays or between turns.
- Perform light vacuuming, trash removal, surface touch-ups, and linen swaps.
- This role does not perform full or deep cleans. Documentation and Ticket Updates
- Update maintenance and housekeeping tickets when dispatched to an issue.
- Add clear notes, photos, and status updates so dispatch and guest services teams can communicate accurately with guests and owners.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency, safety, and guest impact. What We're Looking For
- Organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Comfortable performing light maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a field-based role.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties locally.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic apps (Google Workspace, Slack, property management tools).
- Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance, or property management is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (linens, supplies, equipment).
- Ability to walk, climb stairs, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to drive between multiple properties during your shift. Schedule and Hours

Pay:
$15.00- $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0
