Job Description

Spring Village LLC — Property Maintenance & Handyman Tennessee Spring Village LLC is a privately owned residential property community seeking reliable, self-motivated individuals for property maintenance and handyman work across our grounds and homes.
Responsibilities include:
Lawn care, mowing, edging, trimming, and general groundskeeping Routine property maintenance and repairs Home remodeling and renovation work including carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and fixture installation Responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Keeping properties clean, safe, and well presented What we're looking for: Hands-on experience in lawn care, general maintenance, or home remodeling Reliable transportation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong work ethic and attention to detail Valid driver's license preferred Own basic tools preferred What we offer: Consistent work Competitive pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Spring Village LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
