In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall quality of our property. WILL BE DISCUSSED MORE IN THE INTERVIEW WITH OWNER AS MAINTENANCE FOR OUR FACILITY IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT THEN MOST PLACES
Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently Conduct residential painting, welding, and other minor repairs to maintain property aesthetics and safety standards Operate tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices to diagnose electrical problems Assist with supervising or coordinating external contractors for specialized repairs or projects Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes during all maintenance activities Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, or related fields with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems Strong knowledge of schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters Skilled in welding, residential painting, and basic carpentry or mechanical repairs Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience in maintenance settings is preferred Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately Valid electrical experience certification or equivalent training is desirable Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
