Located in the heart of our hotel, this role is crucial in maintaining our facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our guests. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel facilities are in optimal condition. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC equipment. Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify issues requiring attention. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS. Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety. Assist with special projects as needed to enhance guest experience. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong electrical experience and mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills, with a focus on customer service. Leadership experience is preferred but not required.
