Machine Maintenance Assistant Details:

Temporary position $16.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm) Monitor and accurately replenish oil levels in various machines and equipment. Utilize a refractometer to check and maintain appropriate coolant/water levels as required. Execute scheduled replacements of air, oil, and other fluid filters. Conduct thorough visual inspections of equipment to identify visible leaks, wear, or damage. Maintain precise and up-to-date maintenance logs and service records. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Adhere strictly to all company safety procedures and policies. Promptly report any mechanical issues, irregularities, or concerns to the supervisor.

Machine Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. Demonstrated ability to perform visual inspections and apply a craftsman-like approach to tasks. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, contributing to a clean work environment. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively. Mechanical aptitude. Prior experience as a General Laborer or in a similar maintenance support role. Familiarity with basic machinist tools.
