Assists in all painting and general maintenance activities as assigned.ORGANIZATIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitates other projects as assigned.JOB-SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties Exhibits regular and punctual attendance. Performs interior and exterior painting and caulking of buildings using spray and conventional paint equipment. Utilizes the appropriate paint, coating, and finishing materials. Assists in general maintenance activities as assigned. Assists in training and educating team members on painting and general maintenance safety practices as assigned. Assists in ensuring that the shop area is clean, maintained, safe, and organized. Ensures that maintenance and repair tasks are completed in a timely manner. Assists in ensuring that all assigned maintenance equipment is properly utilized and maintained. Utilizes appropriate personal protective equipment, including respiratory protection when required (facial hair must comply with manufacturer's directives). Maintains professional and appropriate interactions with coworkers, customers, vendors, and stakeholders.REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in structural (residential or commercial) painting required. Must possess exceptional time management and attention-to-detail skills. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid Texas driver's license. Ability to perform physical requirements of the position, including bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand-eye coordination, pushing/pulling, and prolonged sitting and standing.
