Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and energetic Maintenance Worker to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our property. In this role, you will perform a variety of groundskeeping, landscaping, and maintenance tasks to uphold the high standards of our facilities. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will help create an inviting environment for guests and staff alike. Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and planting identification to maintain attractive outdoor spaces. Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently. Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for guests and staff. Use hand tools and hardscape equipment for repairs or improvements to outdoor areas, walkways, or patios. Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Assist with plant care, pesticide management, tree care, gardening tasks, and general grounds maintenance to promote healthy landscapes. Experience Proven outdoor work experience with groundskeeping or landscaping tasks. Mechanical knowledge related to landscape maintenance equipment operation and basic repairs. Familiarity with horticulture practices including plant identification and care. Experience in irrigation system management and troubleshooting. Knowledge of safety procedures related to power tools, lawn care equipment, and pesticide handling. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a high level of safety awareness.
