Tarragon Facility Services LLC seeks Maintenance Workers, Machinery at 708 Falls Creek Ct., Burleson, TX 76028.
Duties:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment used in manufacturing, processing, and distribution environments; perform scheduled preventive maintenance inspections on production and material handling equipment and complete required adjustments, lubrication, calibration, and replacement of worn parts; diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and basic hydraulic issues using hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic devices; disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and replace defective components including bearings, shafts, couplings, pumps, motors, belts, chains, gears, sprockets, pulleys, valves, seals, and actuators; read and interpret work orders, preventive maintenance checklists, technical manuals, equipment drawings, and blueprints; perform basic welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, and metal fabrication tasks to repair or modify machine components; align and level machinery using precision tools and verify proper operation after repairs; install, relocate, or assist with commissioning or decommissioning machinery; maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, parts used, and equipment condition in a computerized maintenance management system; and follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout and machine guarding requirements.
Special requirements:
Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical equipment including pneumatic and basic hydraulic systems; ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, and work orders; ability to use precision measuring and alignment tools; basic welding and metal fabrication; proficiency using a computerized maintenance management system; must follow lockout/tagout and all safety procedures; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders or elevated platforms; must be available for shift work and on-call overtime as business needs require.
Requirements:
24 months of experience as Maintenance Workers, Machinery (SOC 49-9043.00).
