Overview The Maintenance Technician Helper will function as a helper to field staff in all trades, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing. This position will perform custodial and landscaping duties to buildings as needed. Responsibilities

• Work with Maintenance Techs II which includes preparing rooms for painting by installing floor coverings and taping windows and fixtures as needed, gathering painting supplies, and cleaning worksites
• Assist with door repair/replacements as well as assist with ceiling tile grid repairs, replace ceiling tiles, and repairing fences
• Complete other duties needed to assist Maintenance Techs
• Work with HVAC field staff which includes installing or repairing ducts, changing filters, assisting in the repair or installation of HVAC systems
• Complete other duties needed to assist HVAC technicians
• Work with plumbing field staff which includes repairing or installing sink fixtures, repairing or Installing toilets, repairing or installing water pipes
• Complete other duties needed to assist the plumber
• Perform custodial duties at any building facility as needed
• Perform landscaping duties as needed
• May be asked to perform other duties as assigned Position Type and Typical Hours of Work
• Non-Exempt - Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is a schedule requirement

• No prior Experience required Licenses and Certifications Required
