Job Description:

Performs minor trade activities related to maintenance and grounds keeping for the hospital facilities. Assists trades in work activities related to hospital maintenance, construction and special projects. Observes and responds to safety rules, regulations and security calls. Maintains tools and equipment furnished by the hospital and displays judicious use of supplies materials.

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of safety codes and regulations.

Work Experience:

Two years experience in construction and remodeling or maintenance. B.

Education and Training:

Ability to read, write, speak English. Must be able to make mathematical calculations and follow detailed written and oral instructions.
