Job Description
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
Position type:
Part Time Responsibilities:
- Assist Maintenance Manager with tasks and duties
- Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory while adhering to budget guidelines set by the Community Manager
- Ensure all company, state, local or federal health, safety, health, building, fire and insurance codes or requirements are met or exceeded at all times
- Manage inventory and loss control program for the supplies, parts, tools, and equipment of the maintenance department
Qualifications:
- Maintenance experience in a Long Term Care (LTC) preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Dedicated and compassionate
