We are looking for a motivated team player who can also work independently, prioritize tasks, and provide excellent service to residents and onsite staff. Position Details

Responsibilities

Complete service requests and work orders efficiently and professionally

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues

Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turns

Perform preventative maintenance on community equipment and amenities

Maintain community grounds and common areas as needed

Ensure all work is completed according to safety and quality standards

Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents

Support the maintenance team with daily operations and special projects

Requirements

EPA Certification or HVAC Certification Required

Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Must have a positive attitude and professional demeanor
