• Requirements and Responsibilities for
• Facility Maintenance Associates
• : + Must have some experience with maintenance such as changing light bulbs, outlets, AC filters etc.

.. . + Ability to utilize hand and power tools. + Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance system + Assist with badge issuance, access control requests, and other site security support activities + Must be a team player and willing to do what is needed in the facility during the shift + Ability to troubleshoot simple maintenance issues under supervision + This role requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. + Good communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work standing, stooping, bending, walking, arm and wrist movement
