Facility Maintenance Associates :

Must have some experience with maintenance such as changing light bulbs, outlets, AC filters etc… . Ability to utilize hand and power tools. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance system Assist with badge issuance, access control requests, and other site security support activities Must be a team player and willing to do what is needed in the facility during the shift Ability to troubleshoot simple maintenance issues under supervision This role requires walking, standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
