- Production waste collection & disposal, including material recycling, throughout the facility.
- Board Mounting of material.
- Empty air compressor water discharge containers.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work environment through daily house-keeping duties.
- Observe all safety, environmental, and quality management procedures.
- HVAC routine maintenance, filter changes, condenser and evaporator coil cleaning.
- General outside upkeep.
- Small projects.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisor, lead, or business needs.
- Other duties as assigned
Competency:
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Self-motivated ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Communicate with senior members of the team.
- Retain knowledge obtained through training.
Physical requirements:
- Bending and lifting with proper technique.
- Heavy lifting.
- Repetitive use of hands.
- Good manual dexterity.
- Standing for long periods.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Math skills.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with everyone involved in the process (managers, operators and leads).
