• Production waste collection & disposal, including material recycling, throughout the facility.
• Board Mounting of material.
• Empty air compressor water discharge containers.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work environment through daily house-keeping duties.
• Observe all safety, environmental, and quality management procedures.
• HVAC routine maintenance, filter changes, condenser and evaporator coil cleaning.
• General outside upkeep.
• Small projects.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor, lead, or business needs.
• Other duties as assigned

Competency:

• Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Self-motivated ability to work alone or as part of a team.
• Communicate with senior members of the team.
• Retain knowledge obtained through training.

Physical requirements:

• Bending and lifting with proper technique.
• Heavy lifting.
• Repetitive use of hands.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Standing for long periods.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Math skills.
• Excellent decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with everyone involved in the process (managers, operators and leads).
