Dietary Aide Responsibilities include:
Familiarity with clinical diets, dietary restrictions, and other food accommodations. High attention to detail when following recipes and specific food orders. The ability to stand on your feet for long hours Maintain proper health and safety standards when cooking and serving meals. Record all meals served to ensure that each client received the food they require. Frequently clean the kitchen and dining areas to maintain a healthy food service environment. Organize and restock kitchen supplies as needed. Prep food according to the cooks on the shift.
