Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Mechanical Helper to support the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment. This is a hands-on role requiring experience with mechanical and electrical systems, hand tools, and power tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work at heights when required. Key Responsibilities Assist with the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment Work safely at heights using ladders, lifts, and fall protection equipment Support technicians with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems Operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of mechanical and/or electrical experience Comfortable working at heights Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and safety procedures Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Education High School Diploma or GED required Additional Information This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering long-term career potential for motivated individuals seeking growth in an industrial manufacturing environment.
