Join our Public Works team and help keep the City's essential water and sewer systems operating safely and efficiently. The Utility Maintenance Worker performs maintenance, repair, and installation of water and sewer lines and related infrastructure. This position offers hands-on work, opportunities to develop valuable skills, and the chance to directly serve the community. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in water/wastewater system maintenance, construction, or related field preferred. Licenses & Certifications Valid Texas driver's license Possession of or ability to obtain a Class I (or higher) Wastewater Collections certification within a specified timeframe. Water Systems Operation Class D within a specified timeframe. Full-time, Monday - Friday with overtime, weekends, and holiday work during emergencies. On-call duty as required.
