This hands-on role combines painting, general maintenance, and minor facility repairs. Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Painter / Maintenance Assistant this is a hands-on role supporting day-to-day property operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional living environment for residents.
