Join our team and help keep our community looking its best! The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for property upkeep, and assisting with maintenance projects to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete apartment make-readies, including painting, repairs, lock changes, and cleaning. Maintain grounds and common areas. Identify and report safety or property concerns. Assist with maintenance work orders and special projects. Support other properties as needed.

Qualifications:

1+ year of make-ready or porter experience preferred. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Valid Texas DL.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
