About us Accolade Property Management, Inc. is a full service real estate management firm dedicated to quality, value appreciation and integrity. We are looking for a new team member that has some previous experience working in a unit make-ready or assistant maintenance position. This position will be responsible for: performing work orders overseeing and performing make readies of apartment units when needed maintaining common areas and grounds responding to after-hour requests for service emergencies, reporting needed supplies to supervisor assisting with preventative maintenance program Must have the ability to work with Lead Maintenance Supervisor and be capable of responding to after-hour requests for emergencies. Previous experience in maintenance field a must. Some type of formal training in the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, refurbishing and cleaning, air conditioning and heating, and carpet repairs. The person hired for this position will need to have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Must be willing to have overtime as this position will require some "on call" duties for after hours maintenance emergencies. This is a full-time position that will offer insurance and 401K after a 90 day probation period. Hourly pay rate will depend upon experience. Competitive salary and benefits.
