The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This role requires a proactive approach to assisting our Lead Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Assistant will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or customers, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
