Insane Performance is looking for a dependable Yard Hand / Shop Helper to help keep our shop, yard, vehicles, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on position for someone who isn't afraid to work, stay busy, get dirty, and tackle whatever needs to be done.

Responsibilities:

Mow and weed-eat to maintain the shop yard Keep shop and work areas clean and organized Clean and detail vehicles Take out trash and keep dumpsters/garbage areas maintained Clean bathrooms and common areas Pick up and run for parts, supplies, and materials Perform general shop and building maintenance Help move vehicles, equipment, parts, and materials around the property Perform basic vehicle maintenance and odd jobs as needed Oil changes and basic automotive maintenance are a plus Help technicians and other employees with various tasks Keep tools, equipment, and shop areas organized Take care of miscellaneous tasks that come up around the shop

Requirements:

Dependable and reliable Willing to work and stay productive without constant supervision Comfortable working outside in the Texas heat Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift, carry, bend, squat, and perform physical work throughout the day Basic automotive knowledge is a plus Must be willing to do both automotive-related work and general cleaning/maintenance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Automotive experience is helpful, but we're primarily looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and willing to get the job done.

Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
