Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Helper to join our team at an apartment complex. you will be responsible for getting apartments ready for new residents, keeping the property clean and in great conditioning and helping with a variety of maintenance task. Responsibilities Turnover cleaning ( full apartment Cleanings) Sheetrock repair and patching Painting Touch ups and prep work General Maintenance and repairs Assisting with move in ready apartments other task as needed to keep the property looking its best
