General Duties for the maintenance position encompass the following:

Daily Duties:

Pool Cleanliness and Maintenance Basic knowledge of pool equipment Parking Lot Cleanliness and Maintenance Landscaping Cleanliness and Maintenance Basic knowledge of irrigation system Performs maintenance tasks when made aware of issues Check/replace light bulbs as needed Inventory of tools and equipment Changing ceiling tile Carpet deep cleaning Basic knowledge of plumbing/ fixtures for small repairs Basic knowledge of lock systems Clean and maintain elevator tracks Maintain log book for maintenance requests Helps with Housekeeping as needed. Reports any maintenance issues to the

Monthly Duties:

Quarterly Duties:
