Facility Maintenance Technician Full-Time | Paris, TX We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair work for housing units and facilities. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, inspections, and general building maintenance. Responsibilities Perform building maintenance and repair work Complete carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs Repair drywall, doors, flooring, and fixtures Conduct move-out inspections and prepare units for occupancy Perform preventive maintenance and assist with HUD inspections Maintain common areas and building exteriors Complete work orders and ensure safety compliance Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 3 years of building maintenance, plumbing, or electrical experience preferred Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety practices Ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse populations Requirements Valid Texas driver's license required Apply by calling 903-785-1100 of visit us at 2505 S.
