Facility Maintenance Technician Full-Time | Paris, TX We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair work for housing units and facilities. Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, inspections, and general building maintenance. Responsibilities- Perform building maintenance and repair work
- Complete carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Repair drywall, doors, flooring, and fixtures
- Conduct move-out inspections and prepare units for occupancy
- Perform preventive maintenance and assist with HUD inspections
- Maintain common areas and building exteriors
- Complete work orders and ensure safety compliance
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of building maintenance, plumbing, or electrical experience preferred
- Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safety practices
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse populations Requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license required Ready to put your maintenance skills to work?
