REPORTS TO COMMUNITY MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Repairs and Maintenance:
Routine Inspections, Work Order Management, Resident Communication, Safety and Compliance, Record-Keeping , Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving , Preventive Maintenance, Basic Carpentry and Painting, Basic Facilities Function, Time Management, Coordination with External Contractors, Problem-Solving Abilities. Attention to Detail.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills :
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems Must hold an EPA I or II, Universal, or HVAC certification. CPO Certification is a plus, with experience in pool maintenance required. Will be required to be on call for emergency maintenance calls.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 year experience as a facilities maintenance technician, with a strong background in property maintenance.
