OVERVIEW
Assistant Maintenance Technician position available NOW. Are you looking to work with a great team? Are you qualified? You must be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet the company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This role involves performing various technical and mechanical tasks, as well as ensuring the property is well-maintained and provides a safe, comfortable living environment for residents. Must be a team player.
REPORTS TO COMMUNITY MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Repairs and Maintenance:
Routine Inspections, Work Order Management, Resident Communication, Safety and Compliance, Record-Keeping , Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving , Preventive Maintenance, Basic Carpentry and Painting, Basic Facilities Function, Time Management, Coordination with External Contractors, Problem-Solving Abilities. Attention to Detail.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills :
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems Must hold an EPA I or II, Universal, or HVAC certification. CPO Certification is a plus, with experience in pool maintenance required. Will be required to be on call for emergency maintenance calls.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 year experience as a facilities maintenance technician, with a strong background in property maintenance.
