Full-Time-TEMPORARY From:
10/01/2026 to 06/30/2027; 15 Positions Available. Helpers Installation, maintenance, and repair workers: Will help workers to assemble or repair oil field equipment using hand and power tools. Help workers setting and welding pipe installation, drilling holes in the ground to prepare for construction. Cleaning work area and equipment, and help with maintenance of the area around the oil field. Monday-Friday; 8AM•5PM (1hr Lunch). Wages paid biweekly. 40hrs/week. Employer will use a single workweek for computing wages due. No minimum Job requirements; Multiple worksites within area of intended employment in Reeves County in Texas. Salary $16.76•20.00/hr. No overtime. Employer will make all deductions required by law from the worker's paycheck; If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. Employer will provide transportation to/from jobsites from a central pick up location; Employer will reimburse visa, border and related fees as soon as they arrive to the U.S.A. Employer will provide tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job at no cost.
