In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your energetic approach will help keep our premises in top condition, supporting smooth operations and enhancing overall facility standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in facilities maintenance while contributing to a well-maintained and safe environment. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including residential painting, floor care, and surface maintenance to uphold high cleanliness standards. Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Keep grounds and dumpster area clean Operate tools such as welders and ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues or perform minor repairs. Support with facilities maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs, fixing doors, or managing landscaping as needed.
