The Dunes Condos Port Aransas is accepting resumes to hire a Full Time Maintenance Person. We are seeking a trustworthy, reliable, hard working candidate, who has a strong work ethic and enjoys working in a team environment. The Maintenance Person performs maintenance work of moderate difficulty involving the on-site, functional operations and security of the subject property, providing of routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance and repairs to the pertinent common elements of buildings, grounds, equipment, and recreational facilities coordinated thru the maintenance supervisor. The maintenance person must maintain a working knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques used in condominium, apartment, or housing management. Requirements include but are not limited to: Knowledge of plumbing, air conditioning, heating, electrical, elevator operation, swimming pools, and emergency procedures Experience with repair and maintenance of housing, grounds and associated equipment structural Pest control and grounds maintenance experience Must possess a working knowledge of math Limited skills in reading blueprints, plans and specifications with a working knowledge of hand/power tools and equipment Must have a current & valid driver's license Our employee benefits include: $16 to $24 per hour based on experience Medical, dental & vision Insurance after 90 days of employment PTO & paid vacations The Dunes Condos 1000 Lantana Dr. Port Aransas, TX 78373
