Responsibilities Assist with routine maintenance tasks across various building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. Support electrical work such as repairs to electrical equipment and troubleshooting using schematics and ohmmeters. Perform general carpentry, painting, and facilities interior maintenance to uphold building aesthetics and safety standards. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance activities. Conduct inspections of HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and other facilities equipment to identify issues early and support repairs. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities and document completed work accurately. Collaborate with senior maintenance staff to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of repair requests. Requirements Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical equipment repair, plumbing, and HVAC system repair. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical work is highly desirable. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance painting techniques. Strong understanding of facilities maintenance operations including MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) procedures. Ability to read technical schematics and use testing devices such as ohmmeters effectively. Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate tasks clearly with team members and vendors. Demonstrated ability to perform building interior maintenance tasks like carpentry and plumbing repairs. Customer service mindset with the ability to respond professionally to internal requests for maintenance support. Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
