Job description IQS, Inc is hiring housekeepers/custodians, Grounds and Maintenance workers for a K-12 school location in Premont, TX capable of performing housekeeping/custodian duties. To include excellent cleanliness standards in all areas. Maintain offices, buildings and classrooms in clean and orderly condition. (i.e., Sweep, mop, polish floors, remove trash etc.).

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(To include but not limited to) Clean all areas to the expected standard of cleanliness Deliver excellent customer service Maintain equipment in good condition Report any shortages, damages or security issues Check stock levels of consumable supplies Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Skills
