This role is ideal for reliable workers who don't mind physical labor and enjoy working outside in all conditions. What You'll Do
  • Pick up debris and maintain clean work areas
  • Fill potholes and assist with basic road/ground repairs
  • Perform hand vegetation removal (brush, weeds, overgrowth)
  • Clean and clear ditches, culverts, and drainage areas
  • Assist crew leaders with general labor and site tasks
  • Use hand tools and follow all safety procedures What You Bring
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
  • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
  • Experience with outdoor labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus (not required)
