This role is ideal for reliable workers who don't mind physical labor and enjoy working outside in all conditions. What You'll Do
- Pick up debris and maintain clean work areas
- Fill potholes and assist with basic road/ground repairs
- Perform hand vegetation removal (brush, weeds, overgrowth)
- Clean and clear ditches, culverts, and drainage areas
- Assist crew leaders with general labor and site tasks
- Use hand tools and follow all safety procedures What You Bring
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Experience with outdoor labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus (not required)
