Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings Complete work orders Follow all safety procedures when using equipment and tools Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, tools Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds unassisted, climb ladders and get into attic spaces Must be able to work indoors and outdoors Rotating on-call responsibility We do a background check and drug test. Must have valid drivers license. Salary is negotiable based on background.
