Everview Homes is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our custom home warranty work, apartments, duplexes, and single-family homes. You will travel around San Antonio and Spring Branch and complete work orders across about 200 properties. Typical volume is about 20 work orders per week. This is a field position. You must have your own reliable truck. Weekly gas money is provided. Compensation and benefits $55,000 per year Paid weekly Weekly gas allowance Must provide your own truck Medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days Full-time, 40 hours per week Responsibilities Complete assigned work orders on warranty homes, apartments, duplexes, and single-family properties Painting, drywall/wall repair, and general property maintenance Change air filters and handle basic HVAC service Basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting Septic system checks and basic service; call a specialist when needed Landscaping and grounds upkeep as assigned Document work completed, materials used, and property condition Communicate with the office on status, parts needed, and follow-up Leave occupied homes clean and secure Follow company safety practices Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 2 years of maintenance experience Must know English Working knowledge of HVAC, air filter changes, and electrical (more skill preferred) Knowledge of septic tanks (more experience preferred) Experience with landscaping, painting, and wall maintenance Valid driver's license and a reliable personal truck Able to work independently across San Antonio and Spring Branch Able to lift, climb, and do physical field work Preferred Spanish is a plus Stronger HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or septic experience Property management or multi-property maintenance background
