9AM - 6PM Position Summary ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Assistant Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Complete service requests. Assist with HVAC repairs. Perform plumbing and electrical repairs. Support apartment turns. Conduct inspections. Maintain amenities and common areas. Perform preventive maintenance. Respond to emergency calls. Track work orders. Follow safety procedures. Qualifications Relevant apartment industry experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license where applicable. EPA Certification and HVAC experience. Your own tools are required. Preferred Qualifications Apartment industry experience strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. #INDARL #EP
