Perform painting and touch-up painting in vacant apartments
Complete minor maintenance and repair tasks as needed
Prepare apartments for new tenants
Maintain cleanliness of property grounds by picking up trash and debris
Assist with general property upkeep and curb appeal
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management Required Skills & Qualifications Basic maintenance and repair knowledge
Experience with apartment make-ready work preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently
