Job Description

Maintenance Worker Needed We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Troubleshoot and fix issues in a timely manner Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Maintain cleanliness and safety of the property
Requirements:
Previous maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong problem-solving skills Reliable transportation
