Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities equipment, docks and grounds. Conduct repairs using hand tools, power tools. Assist with facilities equipment maintenance. Document work performed for record-keeping purposes. Lead small maintenance projects when required; collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Assist service shop with pulling, launching and delivering boats. Qualifications Experience in maintenance, repair, mowing. Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, mowers, pulling trailers. Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with team members and residents. Leadership qualities that enable effective supervision or coordination of maintenance activities when needed.
