Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Property Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining building interior and exterior spaces, performing repairs, and supporting the overall functionality of our property and docks. Your proactive approach and mechanical expertise will help create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for staff, and visitors alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic setting while contributing to the maintenance excellence of our property. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on facilities equipment, docks and grounds. Conduct repairs using hand tools, power tools. Assist with facilities equipment maintenance. Document work performed for record-keeping purposes. Lead small maintenance projects when required; collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. Assist service shop with pulling, launching and delivering boats. Qualifications Experience in maintenance, repair, mowing. Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, mowers, pulling trailers. Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with team members and residents. Leadership qualities that enable effective supervision or coordination of maintenance activities when needed.
