Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (40+ hours/week; must be open to weekends) Position Overview We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to support grounds upkeep and ensure outdoor areas are well-maintained and presentable. This role is essential in maintaining daily operations and addressing current staffing shortages. Key Responsibilities Perform general grounds maintenance, including weed eating and trimming
Maintain outdoor areas to ensure cleanliness and visual appeal
Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Assist with additional maintenance tasks as assigned
Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Prior experience with weed-eating and trimming equipment required
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
Strong reliability and work ethic Work Environment Outdoor work in all weather conditions
Physically active role involving standing, walking, and repetitive motion
