The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a proactive individual who can demonstrate leadership qualities while supervising maintenance tasks and providing excellent customer service. Duties Perform routine maintenance on facilities, including electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Utilize an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to assess electrical issues. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. Supervise and lead maintenance staff during projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or customers, providing exceptional service. Document maintenance activities and report any significant issues to management. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Familiarity with electrical systems and the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising teams. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact positively with clients and staff. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid Driver's License required Background check required
