Holiday Inn Express & Suites American Fork is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Weekend Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, solving problems, working independently, and helping keep a hotel looking and operating at its best. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests in a friendly and timely manner Complete preventive maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Help maintain and care for the pool and pool area Keep the exterior of the property clean, safe, and well-maintained Perform minor repairs such as: Toilets and basic plumbing Door locks and hardware AC units and basic HVAC troubleshooting Light maintenance and repairs Painting and touch-up work Furniture, fixtures, and other general hotel repairs Troubleshoot issues and determine when additional assistance or a professional repair is needed Help keep maintenance areas, tools, and supplies organized Complete work orders and communicate important maintenance needs to management Help ensure the hotel remains clean, safe, comfortable, and guest-ready ⭐ What We're Looking For Hotel maintenance experience is required.
