Our team members understand our vision, contribute to our mission, thrive on hard work and good, honest values. We empower on-site staff to take responsibility and pride in their hotel. Part-time (30 hours/week) position available and will be required to work on Weekends. Starting wage is $15.50.

A day in the life:

Take care of all uniforms, equipment and supplies issued by the Maintenance Manager. Perform tasks assigned by your supervisor including but not limited to repair order requests, preventative maintenance duties, landscaping, pest control, key maintenance and swimming pool and spa maintenance. Respond to emergency requests from management, employees or guests to solve maintenance, supply shortage or safety problems whenever necessary. Sign and return completed work orders to the Maintenance Manager. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be required. Report all guest complaints to the Maintenance Manager. Insure that all hotel tools and equipment are taken care of and returned to their proper place each day. Must maintaining a safe and accident free working environment. Attend all Maintenance Department meetings. Help keep all work areas clean. Adhere to all rules, regulations and policies of the hotel. Notify the Maintenance Manager of any needed supplies. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as may be required. Skills you'll need: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Prior general maintenance experience preferred. Ability to stand/walk for entire shift. Lift up to 25lbs regularly, lift up to 40lbs frequently. Ability to follow written or verbal instructions Ability to follow safety procedures. Chemical Pool Operator (Preferred) Available to work weekends
