A day in the life:

• Take care of all uniforms, equipment and supplies issued by the Maintenance Manager.
• Perform tasks assigned by your supervisor including but not limited to repair order requests, preventative maintenance duties, pest control, key maintenance and swimming pool and spa maintenance.
• Respond to emergency requests from management, employees or guests to solve maintenance, supply shortage or safety problems whenever necessary.
• Sign and return completed work orders to the Maintenance Manager.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be required.
• Report all guest complaints to the Maintenance Manager.
• Insure that all hotel tools and equipment are taken care of and returned to their proper place each day.
• Must maintaining a safe and accident free working environment.
• Attend all Maintenance Department meetings.
• Help keep all work areas clean.
• Adhere to all rules, regulations and policies of the hotel.
• Notify the Maintenance Manager of any needed supplies.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as may be required. Skills you'll need:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior general maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Lift up to 25lbs regularly, lift up to 40lbs frequently.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Chemical Pool Operator (Preferred)
