Full Job Description Job Title:
Property Maintenance (Full-Time) We are currently hiring for a full-time Property Maintenance position. Experience with manufactured/mobile homes is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Westcrest LLC is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and efficient Property Maintenance Technician with experience in both maintenance and landscaping. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well independently, and is committed to maintaining high standards.. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in creating a clean, comfortable, and efficient environment for our residents and staff.
Schedule & Work Expectations:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, OT is a possibility) Starting pay is $20 DOE Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Work can be physically demanding, especially during the busy spring and summer seasons During the slower winter season, maintenance staff are expected to remain productive by ensuring ongoing cleaning, upkeep, and improvement tasks are completed throughout the community
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine meter reads for gas, electric, and water . Conduct daily inspections of the entire community, including the clubhouse, pool, and all common areas. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community by removing trash, debris, fallen branches, leaves, and other litter on a daily basis. Remove weeds throughout the entire community to ensure the property remains clean and well-maintained. Maintain the pool area by keeping the inside of the pool, outside of the pool, surrounding areas, and furnishings clean and presentable. Maintain the exterior of the clubhouse, including mowing the lawn, removing weeds, and ensuring the grounds are neat and attractive. Troubleshoot and complete general/basic repairs involving electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance in common areas. Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs as needed to ensure community facilities remain in good working order. Identify maintenance concerns during daily inspections and address them promptly or report them as necessary. Work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail. Take pride in the quality of your work and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining the community to the highest standards. Provide excellent customer service and interact professionally with residents, vendors, and team members. Maintain and oversee all RV lot by keeping it clean, free of weeds, trash, and debris, and in compliance with community standards. Weekly bush trimming through out the community.
