vaccinated company and has a mandatory vaccination policy in place. As our Service Technician II, you will assist in maintaining the physical integrity of our apartment community. You will resolve service requests, make-ready and turn over apartments. You will report to the Service Manager.
Salary Range:
$24.06-$28.75/Hour based on experience with $5,000 annual bonus potential
You Will:
Work with the service and office team to provide exceptional customer service to resolve all maintenance related issues to the satisfaction of our residents Show care and concern for our residents through follow ups and completion of their apartment service requests Resolve maintenance issues in the area of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Preserve the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal, and grounds maintenance Willing to be able to work weekends or evenings if needed and be on-call for after hour emergencies Manage records of activity in maintenance software system Provide preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems Commit to professional development, stay up to date with industry trends and changes, and attend training
You Have:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of facilities, residential, or multi-family maintenance experience HVAC (Minimum Type I & Type II), EPA certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment) Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditions
